Credit Law Office, LLC
Privacy notice
Effective October 25, 2026
This notice describes information associated with this website and initial inquiries to Credit Law Office, LLC. It does not replace any privacy or confidentiality terms that apply to an established attorney-client relationship.
Information you provide
If you choose to contact us, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, and information about a potential legal issue. The firm uses inquiry information to review and respond to requests and evaluate possible representation.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or confidential documents through an initial inquiry. Contacting the firm does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. The firm will advise you how to share documents if needed.
The case-evaluation form
Our case-evaluation form is hosted by Jotform. It loads on this website only after you select “Open the evaluation form.” If you open the form here or on Jotform’s website, Jotform may process information you submit and technical information under its own terms and privacy practices.
See Jotform’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). The firm receives the information submitted through its form.
Client document uploads
Client access uses your full name and the last four digits of your Social Security number to check the firm’s existing client records. Enter only the last four digits. After verification, you can send documents to your client folder. This is an upload-only service; it does not display existing documents or client records.
The verification and upload service runs on Google Apps Script, and uploaded files are saved in the firm’s Google Drive. Verification uses an expiring session token and attempt limits. The application does not retain the SSN digits in session storage or application logs. Google may process technical and service information under its own privacy practices.
Credit-report contact details
After existing-client verification, the credit-report submission flow asks for your full Social Security number, mailing address, phone number, and email. These details are saved as a private document in your client folder for staff review. They do not automatically change the Clients spreadsheet. The guide stores only report checklist flags in your browser; it does not store identifying details or credit reports there.
Technical information and links
The website’s hosting infrastructure may record technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information, in connection with serving and maintaining the website. The site’s own page code does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Third-party services, including the form provider, may use cookies or similar technologies when you open their content.
Links to outside websites, including directions and external forms, lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern those services.
